These rates include taxes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>$5.15 starting rate<\/li>\n<li>$2.05 per kilometre with a passenger<\/li>\n<li>$0.77 per minute of waiting time or $46.20\/hour<\/li>\n<li>Add 15% for the night rate between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>ach driver is required to use a taximeter programmed with the current rates to determine the fare. There are no fees for the driver to assist clients with grocery bags, hand baggage, walkers or wheelchairs.<\/p>\n<p>Taxi transportation rates in effect are subject to change at any time without notice.
